I am reaching out to you today during the most difficult moment of my family's life. My father has suffered a severe 42% TBSA (Total Body Surface Area) burn injury accidentally due to LPG gas leakage. He is currently fighting for his life under mechanical ventilator support in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Kirtipur Hospital, Kathmandu.
As a clinician, I understand the gravity of his condition and the exhaustive medical interventions required to save him. The cost of his ongoing critical care, specialized burn management, and life support is beyond our financial capacity.
