E – Enophthalmos : Retraction of the Eyeball
L – Loss of Ciliospinal Reflex, i.e. Pinching the skin on the nape of neck does not produce dilatation of the pupil

The features of Horner's Syndrome can be memorized using the mnemonic: Horny PAMELa.
